"Perlage d'Autore" is much more than a simple tasting, it is a fascinating journey born from
our passion for bubbles and the desire to produce sparkling wines that best express our
territory. The tasting will lead you to discover the two main methods for producing wines
sparkling wines: the Classic Method and the Charmat Method. During the guided tour of our cellar,
you will explore every stage of the production process, learning the fundamental differences between these two
fascinating winemaking approaches.
Afterwards, you can taste two Classic Method wines and a Charmat Method wine, carefully selected
selected and paired with a delicious platter of local cold cuts and cheeses. Each sip will offer you
a unique sensory experience, designed to enhance the characteristics of these fine bubbles.
This wine journey will allow you to appreciate the complexity and refinement of our
commitment to the production of sparkling wine, born from a deep passion for elegance
effervescent.
Plan:
Welcome to Corte Fornello! The experience begins with a warm arrival and welcome at our
estate. A guided tour of about 40 minutes will follow, during which you will discover the secrets of our
wine production. Finally, enjoy an 80-minute tasting of our best wines,
accompanied by local delicacies. A moment of taste and relaxation immersed in tradition!
